VPS or Dedicated servers are non-refundable. Setup fees and promotional purchases are non-refundable. Credit on your account is non-refundable.
No refunds will be made if we terminate your hosting or other services due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or any other violation of our Terms and Conditions, except as may be provided therein. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If uptime falls below 99.9% in a month, claim one free month within 7 days. Planned maintenance is excluded. Dedicated servers have no SLA. Uptime is calculated via our status page.
